All merchants must agree to the following policies, in order to be approved as a wholesale/drop-ship customer for PENDORA.

All wholesale/drop-ship customers must provide a copy of one of the following documents: State Resale Permit and/or Tax ID Certificate.

You are permitted to mark up our product prices as you see fit, however our products may NOT be sold lower then our retail price. Anyone selling our products lower then our retail price will have their wholesale/drop-ship account closed.(Note: our prices are subject to change without notification. You may check our website for updated pricing)

 We ship USPS Priority Mail. Wholesale orders generally ship within 2-7 days.

             Shipping costs are as follows:

           $50.00-$99.99: shipping charge is $5.25

           All orders over $100.00 ship for free.

Drop-shippers see Shipping policy under the "Questions" tab on our site for shipping times and rates.

All images and photos on PENDORA may be used for marketing of our product on your website or in print materials once your account is approved. Please do not hot link to our site, you must copy and save the images to your computer and then upload them to your site. You may edit the pictures to suit your needs, however please do not duplicate the product description.

Our wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared in any way.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal upon ordering. Payment in full must be received before the shipment of your order.

Our wholesale minimum order is $50.00, if your account is inactive for more then 90 days your account will be canceled.

At this time we do not wish to have our items sold on Artfire, Etsy, Ebay or any other similar venue.

We will NEVER attempt to market to your customers in anyway. We will send a packing slip with your company name and all of your company contact information.

We do not offer international shipping at this time

Please DO NOT market our products to children 12 and under, we recommend that you place a warning within the product description such as "Pendants contain small parts and are not intended for young children".

 Once we receive your application we will contact you within 24-48hrs, if you are approved we will request the required documents be faxed to us along with your company contact information including company e-mail address, type of business, company name, and website address(if applicable). At this time we will activate your wholesale account and notify you of the wholesale pricing that we offer.
